PRODUCT INFORMATION
Condition of inventory. What condition does your product ship in?
At Case Fresh all product is packed and shipped to you directly from manufacturers sealed cases. Case Fresh guarantee that all goods will be free from defect and suitable for the purpose they are designed for. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee packaging condition, although will do our best to ship you items that are in a collectable condition. We will not ship items that have significantly damaged packaging.

The manufacturing, packaging and shipping process that your collectables go through before they arrive at Case Fresh is designed for mass production. The idea is to get a quality product to the store shelf at a reasonable price. Most collectables will display minor differences that are not considered a manufacturing flaw as all of our items are molded, assembled, painted, dressed and boxed by hand.

Because of the nature of this process the external packaging of your collectables may possibly display minor faults such as creases and dents in packaging and slightly less than perfect paint applications.

Case Fresh regrets that we are unable to offer C-10 or Mint in Mint Box items to collectors that seek this exceedingly high standard for their collections. To do so would mean increased overheads that would be passed on to the customer. We feel that this is opposed to Case Fresh’s goal of providing quality service and products at a competitive price.

Products placed on sale or that are marked down are usually the last few items of stock and as a result sometimes have packaging that features more prominent damage or wear and tear. This is usually part of the reason why these items are discounted below their every day price and as such Case Fresh regrets that we cannot guarantee packaging condition on sale or markdown items.

We can only suggest that collectors that seek to obtain perfect specimens use eBay to search for other collectors who are selling items that have already been screened and graded.

Why does the paint application look different in the website images?
There are many paint applications and paint techniques involved in each item’s production from prototype, to paint master, to production piece. Most prototypes and paint masters are painted with water-based acrylics. They dry fast, have a durable finish and are generally the most versatile type of figure painting medium available.

Production paint is fairly different, as it needs to be a more aggressive paint that bites into the polystone in order to create a very scratch resistant paint application. These paints also differ in the way they react to particular applications. Manufacturers are often in the position of having to mimic or predict how overseas manufacturing paint applications will turn out. They then reverse engineer them on the prototype paint job, so they can be as assured as possible of getting what they expect from a production paint process.

There is one major difference between a prototype paint job and a production one. Prototypes reflect the best attempt to portray the item with paint, while production is the best possible solution to the design using all the needed masking and production techniques required to paint an item in a timely fashion and meet the product objectives. Obviously the constant struggle is to get the two to match as closely as possible while also achieving the greatest level of detail and finesse that production timetables and the process will allow.

The images of products featured on our website are provided by the manufacturers and suppliers we deal with. Most if these images feature the product in it's paint master stage and as such your final collectable may display subtle differences in paint applications from this paint master depicted in these images.

I have seen my pre-order item overseas. When will mine arrive?
On occasion overseas retailers may receive some products before Case Fresh does and you may be wondering why we haven’t shipped your order yet. Manufacturers don’t always produce the entire stock run for the world at the same time so other countries may receive items before we do. Additionally most items are shipped by sea freight container and depending on different shipping schedules and customs clearance our stock may be slightly delayed.

This also works in our favour sometimes as Case Fresh has on a number of occasions been the first retailer in the world to receive stock of an item. Despite any slight delays you can rest assured that Case Fresh will receive their shipments shortly after they start to appear at other retailers so you won’t miss out on any item that you have ordered with us.

Can I place an order for "variants" and or "chase" products?
Case Fresh is unable to guarantee specific variations and, or chase versions of products to customers unless specifically listed for sale on our website. Some manufacturers choose to release variants (chase items) to add to the collectable nature of their line, these products may have special parts, paint applications or packaging, are generally produced in lower numbers and often placed only in random cases of product.

As manufacturers do not guarantee that all cases of product in a particular shipment will contain variants and, or chase items we are unable to offer these to our customers. If Case Fresh does receive variants and, or chase items then they will be offered up for sale like any other product on our website. If it is not advertised for sale then regrettably we will be unable to process requests or orders for such an item.

I have a damaged product from a manufacturer you represent?
Over the years Case Fresh has built up strong relationships with the manufacturers and suppliers we represent. Part of this relationship is the returns policy that we provide to customers who purchase directly from us.

Case Fresh will not provide warranty support to any products that were not purchased directly from Case Fresh. Customers are advised to contact their original place of purchase for replacement or refund.

A new product or line has been announced will you be ranging it?
We place orders with our manufacturers regularly throughout the year. Once our orders for items and or new product lines have been confirmed we will list the item(s) on our website either for sale or more commonly for pre-order. Until the product is listed we are unable to confirm whether we will be carrying the item or new product line or not.

- BACK

I am looking for an older or "sold out" item, can you order it in?
Most of the products we sell at Case Fresh are of a limited edition nature. To this end manufacturers usually only produce the products we range in one production run, meaning we are unable to place re-orders for sold out stock. Case Fresh operates as a retail business and is focused upon getting the newest items into the hands of collectors as soon as possible. We do not stock pile items in order to supply collectors with product from years past.
