When do I pay
for my order?
Once we have received and processed your order you will
receive an invoice requesting payment within 7 days under
our terms of sale for all items that are currently in stock.
Any items that are not currently in stock will appear under
the term "backordered" on your invoice.
All invoices are sent in PDF
format and require you to have
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view
them. Please check your invoice to ensure all details are
correct and report any discrepancies immediately to us.
A pre-ordered item or items that
are currently backordered does not require payment until
they it is in stock, unless there is a deposit required to
secure that pre-order (this is noted next to the item). When
pre-ordered products become available (arrive into stock) a
new invoice will be sent to you requesting payment.

What currency
do your charge your orders in?
All prices listed on Case Fresh are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)
and inclusive of the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All customers both Australian and International are invoiced
and charged for orders in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Credit
card charges will appear on your statement as "Case Fresh".
International Customers: The
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) does not have to be
paid by international customers on products ordered from
Case Fresh. If you are an international customer you can
approximate the website price you will pay on the items you
wish to order by multiplying the price by 10 and then
dividing it by 11.
When a charge is made to your
credit card for international customers, your card provider will normally convert the
Australian Dollar ($AUD) amount to your local currency at an
exchange rate determined by them at the time. For an
estimate of your order in your local currency visit the
Universal Currency Converter.

Does Case Fresh
charge any fees on credit card payments?
Merchants in Australia now have the option to pass on the
charges associated with accepting credit cards levied on
them by the banks. Case Fresh will continue to absorb
this cost and will not be passing on the merchant fee for
any credit card transactions. Customers can continue to use
their credit card in the same way as they have done in the
past.

When and how do
you charge credit cards?
All credit card orders that qualify for Free Shipping will
be automatically charged once the customers invoice has been
sent. International customers will need to confirm their
invoice once they receive it via email before their credit
card is charged and order shipped. Pre-orders secured with a
credit card except for those products which require a 20%
deposit will not require payment until the item arrives into
stock.
Case Fresh does not charge credit cards online. Our
secure server is only for transmission and encryption of
your card details. All credit cards are charged by us in
person at our premises on our terminal, the same way a
department store charges your card. The only difference is
in how the credit card is presented. In a retail store it is
done in person by you, while with us it is done when you
submit your details to us via our order form.
Payment for credit card orders
like all orders must be received within 7 days under our
terms of sale.

I wish to use a
payment other than credit card. How do I do this?
Australian customers may also elect to pay for their orders
via the following method:
Direct Deposit - customers may
pay with direct deposit online via their internet banking
service or offline by depositing directly into our account
at your local bank branch. Customers
will be provided with details on how to pay via direct
deposit including Case Fresh's account details with
their invoice.
Please be aware that orders
payed via direct deposit will always take longer to process
and ship than those paid via credit card due to delays
associated with banking clearances.
Unfortunately Case Fresh is only
able to accept the Direct Deposit payment option from our Australian
(domestic) customers. All orders placed by International
customers must be paid via credit card.
