Can I arrange to pick up my order directly from Case Fresh?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer order pick ups and, or product collection directly from Case Fresh.  As Case Fresh's primary retail focus is online our business it is set up in a non retail bulk configuration operating out of a warehouse, we only freight out orders and do not offer pickups under any circumstances.

While we regret not being able to offer this service to our loyal customers we are sure that Case Fresh's Free Shipping offer for orders over $90 will have your order to you in the shortest possible time.

Does Case Fresh price match other retailers?
Case Fresh continually strives to offer the collector the best service at a competitive price. We do not match the prices of other retailers but we are constantly looking for opportunities to provide total value for our customers.

Over the years this commitment has seen the implementation of our Free Shipping offer and the passing on of manufacturer price reductions to our customers.

Does Case Fresh offer discounts for multiple items?
Case Fresh's aim is to provide the most competitive pricing possible combined with exemplary customer service. Unfortunately we are not able to offer discounts for bulk purchases but you can benefit from our Free Shipping offer if your order qualifies.

I operate a business and wish to purchase wholesale?
Case Fresh is a retail business and does not offer wholesale pricing and or discounts regardless of quantities purchased. Case Fresh does not act as a wholesaler or offer wholesale opportunities for the various companies and licensees that are represented at Case Fresh.

Do you buy and / or trade collectables?
Case Fresh is an online retailer specialising in selling new and current release products. As such we do not buy or trade any collectables regardless of license or rarity. Case Fresh does not trade or buy products to the value of an order either.

If you are looking to sell your collectables we suggest that customers try online auction websites or your local collectables fair.

Why is it important not to use a web based email account?
In recent times there has been an increase in the amount of people who say they never get emails from Case Fresh. The one thing they all have in common is they are using web based or free email accounts primarily gmail, hotmail or yahoo.

The major problem associated with these types of email accounts is they will often classify our "invoices", "order confirmations" and "order shipped" emails as spam and automatically delete them. We have confirmed this by creating accounts and sending our own emails to them. All of them were marked as spam and, or junk. As these companies do not publish guidelines on how to configure emails we have no way of knowing what to change with our emails to avoid this from happening.

Most free email accounts have a very small storage space, they also tend to attract a lot of legitimate spam, we are constantly receiving rejected emails telling us the owner's mailbox is unavailable or full.

For us to fulfil customer requests and orders in a timely manner it is very important that we are able to keep in contact with our customers. Case Fresh will never send out any other email to your account than what is related to your enquiry / and or order nor will we ever pass on your email to third parties.

We ask that all customers placing orders use at least one (1) non-web based email account. We recommend that customers who use web based email add our email address (found on the contact us page) to their contact list to avoid emails being tagged as spam.

Is there a catalogue or pricelist you can send me?
At Case Fresh we do not distribute a printed catalogue or pricelist as our inventory and product range are in a constant flux. Many of the products we retail are manufactured in limited production runs and may sell out at any time. For this reason a catalogue becomes redundant.

Our website provides all the latest information on current (in stock) and upcoming (pre-order) products and pricing. Therefore our website serves as our catalogue and pricelist.
