Customers who have an enquiry that is not addressed on the
website may email using the address listed below. Customers
are advised to check our our detailed

section section before sending
enquiries as if they are answered there they will be referred
back to it in our reply.

Case Fresh will always
respond all customer enquiries. We endeavour to answer all
emails at the latest by the next business day. If you do not
receive a response within this timeframe it is likely that
we have not received your email or your email been tagged
as spam by our mail server. If you are using a free based
email account such as hotmail this can be a frequent
occurrence, we advise all customers to send emails via their
non-web based (primary) email account.
One of the greatest
advantages of shopping with Case Fresh is that the
internet is always open and you can view our products and
place an order at a time that is convenient to you. Our
staff operate between 9am and 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday
(excluding public holidays) so if you email or order during
the weekend you wont receive a response until the following
business day. We will always do our best to respond to you
as promptly as possible.
