Case Fresh will always respond all customer enquiries. We endeavour to answer all emails at the latest by the next business day. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe it is likely that we have not received your email or your email been tagged as spam by our mail server. If you are using a free based email account such as hotmail this can be a frequent occurrence, we advise all customers to send emails via their non-web based (primary) email account.

One of the greatest advantages of shopping with Case Fresh is that the internet is always open and you can view our products and place an order at a time that is convenient to you. Our staff operate between 9am and 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) so if you email or order during the weekend you won’t receive a response until the following business day.
